You place these plastic plates between your phone and your phone case. The bottom of the case actually always has a hole through which you can insert the charger into the phone. Through this opening let the metal eyelet stick out. After this, place your phone back into the case. So the plastic\/rubber part is the only part that touches your phone. Not the metal part. When inserting the phone, you press the hanger where the whole thing is clamped.
