Color Differences and Color Names

Our figure beads and plain color beads are not always an exact color match, even when they have the same color name. The beads come from different factories, where color recipes and dye baths can vary. Small color differences can also occur between production batches.

We carefully choose our colour names based on the colour that best matches our range and that can be nicely combined with the figure corral. A matching colour name is therefore a tool for combining, but not a guarantee of a completely identical colour.

Product photos and color representation

We do our best to photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, the color and appearance in a photo may differ from the product in reality. This can be due to lighting, camera settings, light reflections, and the color and brightness settings of your screen. The shape and surface texture of a bead can also affect how a color appears.

Product photos therefore provide the most accurate impression possible, but do not guarantee an exact color representation. Small differences between production batches may also occur. This explanation does not affect your statutory rights.

Responsibility for the final product created

Jootjes Haakcadeautjes supplies loose materials and components with which you can make a finished product yourself. As a maker, you are responsible for the correct material choice, the assembly, the proper fastening and the safety of your finished product.

Test results or information about individual components do not automatically mean that the assembled end product is safe or meets all applicable requirements. Safety also depends, among other things, on the combination of components, dimensions, the cord used, the knots, the fastenings and the intended use.

When you sell or otherwise place finished products on the market, as the manufacturer you are responsible for compliance with the applicable legislation and safety requirements. This includes, where applicable, the assessment and testing of the finished product, technical documentation, traceability, warnings, instructions for use, and CE marking. Specific requirements apply to baby and children's products, such as pacifier chains and toys.
