The snap hooks are widely used for example in the making of lucky dolls and other keychains. Such as keychains of wooden and silicone beads or bag charms with or without name.

lucky dolls are little figures made of (wooden) beads. The little face is made with a wooden bead with a smiley. As the name suggests, the lucky dolls are meant to wish someone all the happiness and are therefore often given as a small gift or treat at primary school. By attaching them to a keychain carabiner clip, someone can easily hang them on a bag or as part of a keychain. They are also easy to make, so the whole process doesn't have to take up too much time.

The keychain carabiners are also widely used for making crocheted keychains or keychains and bag charms of wood and silicone beads. A small stuffed animal can also be attached to this, such as a small mushroom, pieces of crocheted fruit (cherries or others) or small crocheted ducks.
