Read the following carefully! Returns must be properly registered so we can process them correctly!
You have the option to return your within 14 days of receiving the order. Do you want to return a product? To be able to return a product, you must exercise your right of withdrawal. To be able to process the return, it must be properly registered. To do this, register your return by sending an email toinfo@jootjeshaakcadeautjes.nl. For proper processing, please include the following information in the email:
- Your name as stated on the order
- The order number of the order for which you want to return a product.
- The product/the products and the quantity you wish to return.
- The reason for return.*
- If a product unexpectedly arrives damaged, please send a photo of the original packaging and a photo of the damaged product so that we can submit this to the shipping company. In addition, this shows that the damage could not have been caused by your actions or by returning, and this helps us process the damage.
*You are under no obligation to state the reason for return. We hope that you will nevertheless indicate this wherever possible so that we can incorporate this feedback into our webshop and help you as best as possible. It also helps to know if a product arrived damaged. In this case, we know that the damage did not result from careless handling or shipping from your side. In addition, it may sometimes be the case that we decide to send a new replacement product in case of damage and grant you an exception from returning (after consultation, of course). In that case, you keep the damaged product and we will send you a new, undamaged product. This saves you return costs. However, this decision is solely ours to make, and we can only do so after seeing photos of the damage.
The products must be returned in a well-maintained manner (well-protected packaging). All products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and clean. The return costs are for the buyer's account. We do not reimburse the return costs. Please note that any damage incurred during the return shipment is at the buyer's expense. If a product is unexpectedly broken upon arrival? Then send us a photo beforehand so that we can take this into account. We may then be able to recover the damage from the shipping company and know that the damage was not caused by your actions or by careless returning.

Also include your name and order number in this package and indicate on this note that it is a returned item. You have up to 14 days after registering the return, and invoking your right of withdrawal to return the package. The refund will be made within 14 days after registering the return shipment, upon correct receipt of the returned items. Always keep the shipping receipt of the return.
Do you want to order a replacement product or place a new order immediately? The refund can also be made at your request in the form of a discount voucher that you can apply directly (without delay of refund) to the new order.
Note it! products that are custom made, are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. This also includes custom cut pieces of cord and personalized items.

As a business customer, you wish to return a quantity item. You have the option to return your within 14 days of receipt of the order. For proper handling, please include the following information in the email:
- Your name as stated on the order
- The order number of the order for which you want to return a product.
- The product/the products and the quantity you wish to return.
- The reason for return.
The above information concerns the private/consumer right of return. For business right of return, the reason for return must be stated. business return is possible for accidentally wrongly ordered items and more but only after consultation and within reason. A business return can in principle be refused, although we will always try to help as much as possible.
Why do we make separate rules for business returns? This is because your orders are often of much larger size and of many different items and quantities. This market is a unique market and we offer you unique possibilities to all completely freely compose. This means that you are not tied to minimum quantities per item and can choose all yourself. This means that a return involves much more handling and processing on our side. We do not want this to be at the expense of our service to you to be able to speak to you quickly and pack your order well and quickly. In order to be able to continue to help you well, we must therefore work together to see how we can prevent this as much as possible. We are therefore always quickly available for advice prior to the order!

In the event that you wish to return, we will always consult with you to see what the possibilities are. It is possible that restocking costs may be charged if the return entails a lot of labor and costs. This is due to processing, administration and cleaning costs of the received materials.
With business customers, the shipping costs are considered lost. These will not be refunded upon return because we have incurred these costs, and the shipments are often of larger size and frequently sent with extra insurance, which entails higher costs.Return costs are also at the buyer's expense. We do not reimburse return costs.

Examples in which we may refuse a return:

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this 100%. We will always cooperate with a quick delivery because we know that this is also important for you. However, there is always the risk that, even though we ship quickly, the package will not arrive at your location on time due to force majeure/inability at the post office. We have no influence on this. Fortunately, more than 95% of our shipments are delivered the next day, and you will almost never experience any problems here!
- “I ordered 10 stacking towers for market A, I sold 8, I want to return the remaining 2.” Unfortunately, we cannot accept such returns. Otherwise, we might often be out of items, reorder the items, and then receive a partial return. This means other customers miss out.
