Confirming:

The silicone beads are easy to thread onto a wax cord or satin cord. Make sure to knot the silicone beads on the teething ring very securely and repeatedly. These beads work well as an intermediate disc between the letter beads. This not only provides a nice, attractive variation but also helps round out a teething ring when you want to use letter beads. The silicone letter beads are square. Using them in teething rings without an intermediate disc creates a segment that resists bending and wants to stay straight. The oval intermediate discs, because of their shape, allow that segment to bend again. Even when used in a pacifier chain, the chain remains more flexible.

The cleaning:

These oval silicone beads are therefore suitable for both babies and older children who like to bite something. The beads are suitable for use in a CE‑certified finished product and are sturdy. They hardly wear out. The beads are also easy to clean. These silicone beads can be easily washed in the dishwasher or in soapy water. Let them dry thoroughly before giving them to a little one again. The silicone beads can also be cooled in the refrigerator. This makes them very soothing for teething pain.

Always secure the silicone beads properly and regularly check your creations, for example for wear and tear. You are personally responsible for this. This is how the development of a little one's vision generally progresses:

A baby can see, around one month of age, primarily sharp contrasts between dark and light. Contours then become discernible very slowly, and the basics of colour become visible. This starts with the colours red and green, and only later with the colours blue and yellow. Blue remains for a long time more of a shade of gray/black. The true “blue” is not seen until about six months of development. Of course, that doesn’t mean it can’t be a nice variation with another coloured bead. Apart from the colours, a baby starts to look for more details from about two months of age.
