Use:

These orange clip‑on rings are often used as an intermediate piece for attaching a design or keys, such as keychains made of wood and silicone beads or bag charms with or without a name. By attaching them to a keychain carabiner, you can easily hang them on a bag or use them as part of a key ring. They are also easy to make, so the whole process doesn’t have to take much time.

These clip‑on rings are also widely used for making crocheted keychains or bag charms from wooden and silicone beads. A small plush, such as a tiny mushroom, pieces of crocheted fruit (cherries or other), or little crocheted ducks, can also be attached to them. The clip has no switch; it is simply pressed onto the hinge.
