For what do you use these safety eyes?

The 12 mm safety eyes (Black) are widely used for making stuffed animals. Safety eyes for stuffed animals must therefore be of high quality and not come loose easily to ensure the safety of (young) children. If the stuffed animals are crocheted, they are also known as amigurumi. These eyes are therefore sometimes also called safety eyes for amigurumi. Our eyes have a very sturdy clasp. It therefore takes some effort to attach them, but once attached, they really won't come loose easily. As the eyes are sometimes also used for a nose, or in combination with another eye in the shape of a button (1 button, 1 safety eye), the eyes are sold by piece.

Despite this: Use in cuddles for small babies and toddlers is discouraged or may only be done under adult supervision! Safety eyes are made so that they can almost never come loose again. However, it is and remains plastic. In case of serious damage or when children play with them, it is important to be careful and to supervise. Therefore, check the cuddles regularly.
