What do you use these safety eyes for?

The 10 mm safety eyes (black) are widely used for making soft toys. The safety eyes for soft toys must therefore be of high quality and not easily detached to ensure the safety of (small) children. When the soft toys are crocheted they are also known as amigurumi. So these eyelets are also sometimes called safety eyelets for amigurumi. Our eyelets have a very secure closure. So it takes some effort to attach them but once attached, they really don’t come off easily. Since the eyelets are sometimes also used for a nose, or in combination with another eye in the form of a button (1 button, 1 safety eye), the eyelets are sold individually.

Nevertheless: Use in soft toys for small babies and toddlers is not recommended or should only be used under adult supervision! Safety eyelets are made to ensure that they can almost never come off. However, it is and remains plastic. In cases of severe damage or biting by children, it is important to exercise caution and supervision. Therefore, check the hugs with regularity.
