For what do you use these safety eyes?

The 10 mm safety eyes (Black) are widely used for making stuffed animals. Safety eyes for stuffed animals must therefore be of high quality and not easily detach to ensure the safety of (small) children. If the stuffed animals are crocheted, they are also known as amigurumi. Therefore, these eyes are sometimes called safety eyes for amigurumi. Our eyes have a very sturdy clasp. It therefore takes some effort to attach them, but once attached, they really won't come loose easily. As the eyes are sometimes also used for a nose, or in combination with another eye in the form of a button (1 button, 1 safety eye), the eyes are sold per piece.

Nevertheless: Use in cuddly toys for small babies and toddlers is not recommended or may only be under the supervision of an adult!Safety eyes are made for that these virtually never come loose. It is and remains however plastic. In case of serious damage or biting actions of children it is important to be careful and to supervise. Check therefore the cuddly toys regularly.
